Russian multi-purpose armored vehicles "Spartak" have been spotted in Tehran. The footage went viral on social networks and messengers.

The Spartak armored vehicle was officially presented at the Army-2019 forum. The vehicle can withstand an explosion of 6 kg of TNT. The range on the highway is up to 1000 km, the carrying capacity without a trailer is up to 1500 kg. The armored vehicle was developed on the basis of the Ural-53099 chassis.
As a reminder, Russia supplied Iran with batches of AMN-590951 Spartak armored vehicles in the period from the end of 2024 to the end of 2025. It is unknown exactly how many vehicles were transferred to the republic, but according to military analysts, we are talking about at least 20 units.
Western media noted that Tehran is seeking to modernize its armed forces and relies on Moscow for the purchase of combat vehicles.
