Aviaspektr LLC from Mineralnye Vody filed a claim for 6 million rubles against Rusaviaprom. The application was registered in the Arbitration Court of the Stavropol Territory.
The instance has already accepted the case for production. The hearing on the merits will be held on April 7.
Also, a bankruptcy case has been initiated against Rusaviaprom by the Tax Inspectorate for the Omsk Region. The next meeting will be held on March 23.
Rusaviaprom was created in 2011 to modernize the An-2. Later, the Ministry of Industry and Trade appointed the plant as the manufacturer of the new light aircraft TVS-2MS with a capacity of up to 12 people.
The improved "corncob" is equipped with a Honeywell TFE331-12 turboprop engine with a capacity of 1100 hp. The cruising speed is 200 km/h, the maximum is up to 250 km/h.
