The Ufa enterprise ODK-UMPO announced the search for a new specialist with 1–3 years of experience for the position of grinder. What draws attention is the offered salary — from 45 to 102 thousand rubles per month, before taxes are deducted.
According to the vacancy description, the young specialist will have to work on grinding and finishing complex parts with a large number of transitions and setups to the 6th quality grade.
These operations require combined fastening and precise alignment in several planes on grinding machines of various types and designs, the vacancy description emphasized.
ODK-UMPO expects the candidate to have qualifications from the 4th grade and above, as well as initial vocational and secondary vocational education.
In addition, the enterprise offers the candidate a stable salary paid twice a month, paid vacations and sick leave, set lunches, and a 45,000-ruble signing bonus for those who came from the ranks of the Russian army, as well as higher education without leaving production.
ODK-UMPO is part of Rostec's United Engine Corporation and produces engines for aircraft of the Su-27 family (AL-31F), Su-30 (AL-31F and AL-31FP), Su-25 (R-95Sh and R-195), Su-35S (AL-41F-1S), and Su-57 (AL-41F-1).
