Specialists from the Dieselzipservice enterprise in St. Petersburg have begun another repair of the D-30EU-6 gas turbine engine. The enterprise, known for its experience in servicing diesel and gas turbine engines, regularly undertakes such tasks, ensuring the reliability of equipment for industrial needs.
Engine D-30EU-6 is an industrial model created on the basis of the D-30 aircraft engine of the third series. Its nominal power reaches 6 MW, and natural gas is used as fuel. This unit is valued for its efficiency and adaptability to ground conditions.
The engine is widely used in the energy and oil and gas industries. It is part of gas turbine plants for generating electricity at fields, where it helps to utilize associated gas, reducing harmful emissions. In addition, the D-30EU-6 is used in the reconstruction of energy systems of industrial enterprises, in gas turbine power plants and as a drive for gas superchargers. Thanks to its design, it ensures stable operation in difficult conditions, including remote production facilities.
