Money Poured Into the Aircraft Industry: OAK Achieved Profit in the Billions of Rubles

The corporation's revenue grew by 64% in 2025

The profit of the United Aircraft Corporation (OAK, part of Rostec) at the end of 2025 reached 6.9 billion rubles, compared with a loss of 24.1 billion rubles in the previous year. The financial statements were published on the corporate information disclosure website.

OAK's revenue increased by 64% relative to 2024, to 324.8 billion rubles. Accounts payable as of December 31 of last year amounted to 769.95 billion rubles.

On January 20, OAK shareholders approved an additional share issue in the amount of 2.06 trillion shares through a closed subscription. The placement price will be determined later by the corporation's board of directors.

OAK was established in 2006. The corporation brings together more than 30 enterprises of the Russian aircraft industry complex and is included in the list of strategic organizations.
