The profit of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC, part of Rostec) at the end of 2025 reached 6.9 billion rubles compared to a loss of 24.1 billion rubles in the previous year. The financial statements were published on the website for disclosing corporate information.
UAC's revenue increased by 64% compared to 2024, to 324.8 billion rubles. Accounts payable as of December 31 of last year amounted to 769.95 billion rubles.
On January 20, UAC shareholders approved an additional share issue of 2.06 trillion securities through a private subscription. The corporation's board of directors will determine the placement price later.
UAC was established in 2006. The corporation unites more than 30 enterprises of the Russian aircraft industry complex and is included in the list of strategic organizations.
