The second urban charging complex for electric vehicles has started operating at the intercept parking lot of the "Moscow Parking" near the Izmailovo MCC station, according to the press service of the Moscow Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development.
The complex is equipped with 18 fast charging stations of the "Energy of Moscow" project with a capacity of up to 160 kW, supporting the main types of connectors — CCS Combo 2, GB/T and CHAdeMO. Charging is available around the clock. A recreation area with coffee and vending machines is equipped near the complex.
The head of the Moscow Department of Transport, Maxim Liksutov, noted that the city is actively developing infrastructure for electric transport. He stressed that the new complex provides convenience for drivers, allowing them to quickly charge electric vehicles at the intercept parking lot and relax before continuing their trip.
The first urban charging hub for electric vehicles was opened in early January 2026 near the Volokolamskaya metro station. The new complex in Izmailovo expands the network and increases the availability of fast charging in the capital, supporting the growth in the number of electric vehicles and stimulating the transition to environmentally friendly transport.
