At the company "Evrakom" (the city of Balashikha), an armored vehicle based on the UAZ 2360 "Profi" was created. The vehicle received concealed capsule-type armor protection of class Br3. This was reported by the company's press service.
The perimeter of the cabin, the floor, the roof, and the engine shield of the vehicle are welded from alloy steel. The vehicle body provides protection against bullets from AK-74 assault rifles (5.45×39 mm cartridge) and AKM assault rifles (7.62×39 mm cartridge) with a steel non-heat-strengthened core.
A special high-volume van body in a modern design has been developed and installed on the Evrakom 284031 vehicle (internal usable volume: 2.4 cubic meters). For convenience and speed of loading and unloading, the van body has three lift-up doors, shelves, and a system of lashing rings for placing and securing cargo.
Run-flat inserts were integrated into the tires of the "Evrakom-284031". Thanks to this, the vehicle is capable of continuing to move with punctured tires. The manufacturer also reinforced the armored vehicle's suspension, brakes, and clutch.
