Kalashnikov Concern (part of Rostec) will present the Rus-PE containerized loitering munition at the World Defense Show 2026 exhibition in Saudi Arabia. The new product will be featured in Rosoboronexport's display.
The munition can be produced in two versions, with a warhead weighing 1 kg or 2 kg.
Rus-PE is equipped with a homing head that allows the munition to be used in a fully autonomous mode. Artificial intelligence algorithms are used to detect and identify targets.
Another premiere will be the upgraded RPG-29M grenade launcher, which has become the successor to the RPG-29. Specialists reduced the weight of the launcher threefold, installed an all-day thermal imaging sight with a fire-control system function, and expanded the range of compatible rounds.
Also at the Russian stand, visitors will be able to see the Kub-2 drones, the Skat-350M and Lancet-E UAVs. In the small arms segment, Rosoboronexport will showcase the new-generation Kalashnikov AK-15 and AK-19 assault rifles, as well as shortened modifications — AK-15K, AK-15SK, and AK-19K, the Lebedev RPL-20 light machine gun, and the GP-46 underbarrel grenade launcher.
World Defense Show 2026 will take place in Riyadh from February 8 to 12.
