Three flares of the second-highest power class occurred on the Sun on February 1. This was reported by the Institute of Applied Geophysics (FGBU \"IPG\").
At 05:05 Moscow time, in the X-ray range, an M1.7 flare lasting 20 minutes was recorded in sunspot group 4366 (N11E47).
The second powerful M1.0 eruption occurred on the Sun at 06:41 Moscow time in the X-ray range of sunspot group 4366 (N12E45). The event lasted 19 minutes.
The third M1.9 flare lasted 27 minutes. It was recorded at 07:20 Moscow time in the X-ray range in sunspot group 4366 (N11E45).
The Solar Astronomy Laboratory of IKI and ISZF reported that all three flares will not affect Earth.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that an increase in the number of flares is expected on the Sun due to active regions rotating into the visible side.
