Moscow JSC "Mashinostroitelnoe proizvodstvennoe obyedinenie imeni I. Rumyantseva" (MPO im. I. Rumyantseva) has filed a major lawsuit against the research and production corporation (NPK) "Uralvagonzavod". The case was registered in the records of the Chelyabinsk Region Arbitration Court.
The amount of the claim is 36.2 million rubles. A hearing date has not yet been set.
It is worth noting that MPO im. I. Rumyantseva manufactures critically important components for the fuel and hydraulic systems of aircraft engines, including the modern PD-8 and PD-14. The enterprise provides a full cycle, from development and serial production to repair and maintenance of these systems.
"Uralvagonzavod" is Russia's main manufacturer of the T-90M "Proryv", T-80BVM, and T-72B3M tank lines. The company is frequently sued in commercial disputes. There have been so many of them that "Pervyi tekhnicheskii" even compiled them into a major article.
