KDM Plant has introduced a new universal combined road machine to the market — the ED270 model, built on the basis of the GAZ "Valdai 12" chassis. The new product is designed for year-round maintenance of urban and suburban roads and is characterized by a high degree of modularity.
According to the manufacturer, the ED270 can be equipped with a wide range of attachments: a blade with a rotation angle of up to 30°, a brush unit, a watering system, as well as plastic tanks for water or a reagent body with a volume of up to 4 m³. The width of the treated strip varies from 2.2 to 3.5 meters, which allows adapting the equipment to specific tasks — from cleaning narrow streets to processing highways.
Representatives of the plant noted that such flexibility in configuration makes the ED270 especially in demand among communal services, which require one machine to perform several operations — from snow removal and sprinkling to summer watering and washing of the roadway.
