Moscow took first place in the field of online delivery in 2025 thanks to the development of courier services. This was reported by the capital's Department of Transport.
According to the head of the department, Maxim Liksutov, delivery is a convenient and popular service.
2025 indicators:
- 80% of the capital's residents ordered goods online
- Couriers delivered over 250 million orders
- More than 25 thousand couriers went on shift daily
- The delivery time of 90% of orders did not exceed 30 minutes.
More than 120 thousand couriers already work in Moscow, fulfilling over 650 thousand orders per day.
He recalled that in Moscow, goods are delivered by employees who have passed document verification and have a work permit. This corresponds to the standard adopted in the capital.
