UAZ Increased Prices for the Entire Model Range Starting January 1

Patriot and Pickup SUVs became more expensive by 31 thousand

From January 1, 2026, the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant (UAZ) increased the recommended retail prices for the entire model range. The increase ranged from 23 to 41 thousand rubles, with the commercial trucks "Profi" increasing the most. The "Patriot" and "Pickup" SUVs increased in price by 31 thousand rubles each.

Now the base prices for UAZ cars are as follows: "Hunter" - from 1.672 million rubles, "Patriot" - from 1.866 million rubles, "Pickup" - from 1.891 million rubles, "Hunter Expedition" - 1.988 million rubles, "Bukhanka" - from 1.591 million rubles, "Bukhanka Expedition" - 1.891 million rubles, "Profi" - from 1.932 million rubles. Experts explain the price increase by the growth of production costs and inflation.

The UAZ press service also reported that the restyled versions of "Patriot", "Pickup" and "Profi" will receive turbodiesel engines and 6-speed manual transmissions, and new models will appear on the market by the end of September 2026. In addition, it is planned to use ZMZ Pro series engines with a new transmission.

In 2025, 19,926 UAZ vehicles were registered on the Russian market, which is 36.4% less than in 2024. Of these, SUV off-road vehicles accounted for 6,437 units (-32.1%), and commercial models and pickups - 13,489 (-38.3%).
