This was reported by Andrei Bezrukov, Chairman of the Management Board of the ANO "Center for Unmanned Systems and Technologies" (CBST). He noted that there are real chances for successful import substitution.
According to the expert, it is necessary to strictly maintain a balance between quality and attempts to replace a specific component with a domestic alternative.
