Ural Airlines has denied reports of a "non-existent flight" from Istanbul to Yekaterinburg. The carrier's press service reported that the flight does indeed exist and was previously delayed due to bad weather in Sochi. According to the company, the departure is scheduled for the next half hour.
The airline emphasized that passengers were provided with all necessary services during the waiting period. The information spread in some Telegram channels that the flight "does not exist" is not true.
Earlier, the Telegram channel Shot stated that a plane with 150 Russians was allegedly "stuck" at Istanbul Airport and that the airline had postponed the departure time three times. Ural Airlines explained that this was a normal delay caused by weather conditions, and not a cancellation or problems with flight documents.
