"Russia" demanded to recover a large sum from the supplier of spare parts for Superjet-100 aircraft

The airline filed a lawsuit with the Moscow Arbitration Court

The airline "Russia" (a subsidiary of "Aeroflot") has filed a lawsuit for 875 million rubles against "RApart Services" LLC, which is engaged in after-sales service of Russian-made civil aircraft, including Superjet-100. The application was submitted to the Moscow Arbitration Court.

At the same time, there are no materials in the court file yet explaining the essence of the claims against the defendant. This is not the first claim against RApart Services.

In April 2025, "Russia" demanded in court to recover 474.2 million rubles from the defendant. However, the service company filed a counterclaim for 184 million rubles. In November 2025, the court issued a decision in this case, leaving both applications without satisfaction.

The airline "Russia" is considered a major operator of Superjet-100 passenger aircraft. Its fleet includes more than 70 units.

"RApart Services" is a subsidiary of PJSC "Yakovlev" (which produces Superjet-100), which supplies spare parts, organizes repair and storage of aircraft components. Its warehouse complex is located near Sheremetyevo.
