Workers and engineers are carrying out large-scale preparatory and construction and installation works: they are laying access roads, transferring existing utilities, and building temporary camps for personnel accommodation. Particular attention is drawn to the use of innovative solutions — in particular, an unmanned roller developed jointly by the National Project Construction Group and GLONASS JSC is used at the facility.

According to the information center, the construction of the HSR is carried out in stages. At the current stage, the main works are concentrated in the Moscow and Tver regions, while in other sections of the route, preparatory measures are carried out in strict accordance with the approved schedule.
