Together with Belarus, Russia is also creating fundamentally new types of weapons, noted Dmitry Pantus, Chairman of the State Military-Industrial Committee of the Republic. The countries are forming a unified defense-industrial space with full integration of supply chains.

Prior to that, in the Kaluga region, the rearmament of the Kozelsk missile division with strategic missile systems with the solid-propellant intercontinental ballistic missile "Yars" of silo-based deployment was completed.
