The "Gosuslugi" service has begun to temporarily restrict access to functions for users who are trying to bypass restrictions using special services. In the application, such actions are marked as "suspicious activity."
The block lasts 72 hours. To unlock before the deadline, users can either contact the MFC in person or verify their identity via "Digital ID" in the national messenger Max.
Previously, there were alternative ways to remove restrictions without visiting the MFC and using Max, but now they are no longer used.
Some users on the desktop version of the service are faced with a complete account block for three days, allegedly due to an attempted suspicious login. The restrictions affect access to personal accounts and public services, and their purpose is to improve security and control user actions.
