A joint project with the Yota operator has started in the MFC of the Leningrad Region: teenagers will receive a SIM card at the same time as their first passport. The initiative aims to simplify the connection of young users to mobile services.
Each new subscriber will be able to use an extended tariff for three months — 50 GB of Internet and 2,000 minutes of communication for 499 rubles. After that, teenagers will be able to independently choose the best packages and options in the Yota tariff constructor.
Now all the main profiles are linked to the SIM card — bank accounts, messengers and social networks. This literally makes it the second "digital passport" of a personDmitry Chudesnikov, Managing Director of Yota
The project is being implemented in partnership with the MFC of the Leningrad Region and will be the first of its kind in Russia. In the near future, the program will be extended to centers in St. Petersburg, and then to other regions of the country.
