Russian T-72B3M tank crews destroyed the "enemy" in the mountains of Tajikistan

Tankers of the 201st military base of the Central Military District (CMD) on T-72B3M combat vehicles destroyed the manpower and armored vehicles of a mock enemy at the Lyaur mountain training ground in Tajikistan. This was reported by the press service of the Central Military District.

According to the plan of the maneuvers, UAV operators identified an enemy stronghold. Their coordinates were transmitted to the tankers.

With the help of digital ballistic computers and Sosna-U panoramic thermal sights, the tankers destroyed armored vehicles and a stronghold from 2A46 125-mm guns on the move.

The firing was conducted at a distance of up to 2 km. The gunner-operators also hit the designated targets from Kord heavy machine guns.

The Russian base has been located in Tajikistan since 2004. Military personnel help the authorities maintain stability and security in the republic. The deployment agreement has been extended until 2042.
