The Arbitration Court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory has postponed the consideration of the claim of the company "Spetsstroyservis" against ""Information Satellite Systems" named after Academician M. F. Reshetnev" (ISS) to invalidate the requirements for the payment of bank guarantees in the amount of 177.4 million rubles. The next meeting will be held on December 25.
According to court materials, the bank guarantee is addressed to the Russian National Bank. Other details were not provided in the court ruling.
Recall that "Reshetnev" produces satellites for national projects, such as the federal program "Sphere", which includes the "Gonets" (communication) and "Skif" (internet access) groupings.
Spetsstroyservis LLC is a Moscow company whose main activity is the construction of residential and non-residential buildings.
