For rapid response to emergency situations, Morspassluzhba has a fleet of unmanned aerial vehicles, which guarantees its constant readiness to eliminate emergency oil spills.

Previously, unmanned aviation was not used to eliminate oil spills and spray dispersants. This is our unique development.

At the same time, as Chernov clarified, the monitoring of water areas for possible pollution is carried out on the basis of satellite image analysis. Specialists of the coastal operational center monitor data around the clock.

It is worth noting that on November 18, within the framework of the XIX International Forum and Exhibition "Transport of Russia", an agreement on interaction and cooperation was signed between Morspassluzhba and the Ministry of Industry and Trade, aimed at the development of domestic marine unmanned systems.
