The "Energodron" team from the Grozny State Oil Technical University (GSNTU) has created a device for monitoring the state of the power system of fixed-wing drones. This was reported by the ANO "University of the National Technological Initiative 2035".
The system will help prevent drones from falling when the battery is low, and will improve the accuracy of predicting their routes under various flight modes and weather conditions.
When using the monitoring system, data on the state of the power system is transmitted to the ground station via an independent communication channel.
With the help of software, the operator can control the charge, power and temperature of the drone's power system. In the future, the system will be able to more accurately calculate the flight range of UAVs and optimize the operation of their power system depending on the tasks set.
Earlier www1.ru reported that Rostec increased production of systems for detecting UAVs.
