Rosoboronexport spoke about the export sales potential of the Su-30SME fighter. The company's CEO, Alexander Mikheev, said at the exhibition in Dubai that prospective clients are countries in Africa, Asia, and the Asia-Pacific region.
The super-maneuverable multirole fighter Su-30SME has incorporated all the best qualities of the Su-30 family of aircraft, which have proven themselves in operation in various countries and regions of the world. Currently, Rosoboronexport is actively working with potential customers to promote it.
The new version of the Su-30SME features improved avionics and enhanced weapon capabilities, making it competitive in the global market and increasing the interest of foreign customers in Russian aviation technology.
It is also noted that Rostec expects an increase in sales and a growth in the number of orders for the updated version of the Yak-130 light interceptor.
Earlier www1.ru reported that Su-57 developers have begun testing a 101KS-O laser turret to improve the aircraft's survivability.
