The Pantsir-SMD-E anti-aircraft missile system and the Dzhigit support and launch unit aroused particular interest among guests and journalists at Dubai Airshow.
Visitors to the exhibition also got acquainted with the Verba man-portable anti-aircraft missile system (MANPADS), the Kh-BPLA guided air missile and the air space control system. During the exhibition, "High-Precision Systems" held a number of meetings with foreign partners.
As a reminder, the Pantsir-SMD-E is designed to protect important facilities from all types of air threats. The new missiles for it are optimized for the "efficiency-cost" parameter and perfectly cope even with quadcopters. Their small size allows you to load up to 48 units in one ammunition load. Rostec emphasized that the Pantsir-SMD-E is capable of replacing an entire battery of other SAMs on its own.
