Aircraft engine manufacturer for Il-114-300 and Ansata files lawsuit for 666 million rubles

"ODK-Klimov" sues "Rostvertol"

The aircraft engine manufacturer "ODK-Klimov" from St. Petersburg (part of the United Engine Corporation, Rostec Group) has filed a lawsuit against the "Rostvertol" enterprise from Rostov-on-Don to recover 666.4 million rubles in debt. The application was registered in the Arbitration Court of Moscow.

This is the third similar lawsuit filed by "ODK-Klimov" against the Don enterprise in the last month. At the end of October, a lawsuit for 1.2 billion rubles was also filed with the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg, the consideration of which was suspended until December 12, 2025.

Then, on November 10, a new claim for 74.7 million rubles was filed with the Arbitration Court of Moscow.

"ODK-Klimov" is a manufacturer of aircraft engines and their components. The company's main product line includes the VK-2500 (TV3-117) engine family, TV7-117 engines for the Il-114-300, and electronic automatic control systems.

"Rostvertol" (part of the "Russian Helicopters" Concern) specializes in the production of helicopters, airplanes, and other aircraft. The Rostec State Corporation owns 12.9% of the shares in the company's authorized capital.
