The company "Angara-Reaktiv" in the Irkutsk region has completed the modernization of production facilities. This is the only enterprise in Russia for the production of organotitanium compounds.
After the equipment upgrade, the production capacity of titanates increased by 2.4 times and reached 207 tons per year. These materials directly affect the development of aviation, shipbuilding, composites and high-tech industries.
The total investment exceeded 125 million rubles. The Industrial Development Fund, under the federal-regional program "Development Projects", issued the enterprise a concessional loan of 57.5 million rubles, and the regional IDF provided another 6.4 million.
With these funds, "Angara-Reaktiv" installed new high-tech equipment and expanded the range of products produced — polybutyl titanate, technical tetrabutoxytitanium, titanium tetraisopropylate, and triethanolamine titanate (TEAT-1).
In 2022, all Western competing manufacturers left the Russian market, and their place was gradually taken by enterprises from China. Now "Angara-Reaktiv" can provide up to 40% of the needs of the Russian economy in titanates and push foreign suppliers out of the market.
Organotitanium compounds are used in the production of paints and varnishes, polymers, building mixtures, but their key role is in the creation of modern composites.
TEAT-1 is used for the manufacture of fiberglass, which is then used in the production of special equipment, ships, airplanes, helicopters and elements of promising aircraft. In fact, the enterprise provides the technological base for future structures in aviation and mechanical engineering.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that the manufacturer of the Be-200 amphibian with PD-8 will hide reporting against the background of huge losses.
