Space satellite manufacturer "Reshetnev" faces a lawsuit for 177 million rubles

The court hearing is scheduled for December 1

The company "Spetsstroyservis" has filed a lawsuit in the Arbitration Court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory against "Information Satellite Systems" named after Academician M. F. Reshetnev" to invalidate the requirements for the payment of bank guarantees in the amount of 177.4 million rubles. The case was placed in the register of arbitration cases.

According to the court materials, the bank guarantee is addressed to the Russian National Bank. No other details were provided in the court ruling. The court accepted the documents for consideration and scheduled the first court hearing for December 1.

LLC "Spetsstroyservis" is a Moscow company whose main activity is the construction of residential and non-residential buildings.

"Reshetnev" produces satellites for national projects, such as the federal program "Sphere", which includes the "Gonets" (communication) and "Skif" (Internet access) groups.

In early 2025, JSC "Reshetnev" received an order for the production of only five devices.
