PJSC "Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works" has filed six new lawsuits against the Uralvagonzavod concern (part of the Rostec Group) for 350 million rubles. Since the beginning of 2025, the total amount of the company's claims has reached 1.4 billion rubles.
One lawsuit, for 78 million, ultimately remained without movement. Two more for 171 million rubles will be considered by the court. The fate of the remaining three applications is unknown.
One of the lawsuits states that the plant has claims due to debt under a supply contract.
So far, the metallurgical company has managed to recover only 35.5 million rubles from the total amount of claims against Uralvagonzavod.
As a reminder, UVZ's flagship products are the latest T-72B3M, T-80BVM, and T-90M "Proryv" tanks. A few days ago, the concern announced optimization of administrative and managerial expenses.
