The weather in Central Russia is currently cloudy but warm. However, according to forecasts, significant cooling and snow are expected next week: from November 10 to 16. This was stated by Evgeny Tishkovets, a leading specialist at the Phobos weather center.
Motorists, especially in Moscow and Central Russia, need to prepare to change tires. Well, not just prepare, but probably do it this weekend. Because next week the average daily air temperature will be steadily below plus five degrees.
In such weather, frost and ice are possible, especially on the highway.
Meteorologist Alexander Ilyin added that residents of the European part of Russia should not panic because of early forecasts of the upcoming abnormally cold winter, since the accuracy of such predictions is still low. More snow will fall in the winter months, and frosts are expected - first weak, then strong and prolonged. Nevertheless, short-term thaws will also periodically occur, the specialist noted.
