The updated electronic equipment ensures the standard detection of targets, stable automatic tracking and guidance of the anti-aircraft guided missile at an aerial target. Since 2017, the company's specialists have been transferring the combat vehicle to a new wheeled base, using the MAZ-6317 family chassis. As part of the modernization, they completely changed the design concept of the equipment, increased the detection range and accuracy of determining target coordinates.

The main amplifiers of the receiving devices, the range measurement system of the target tracking and missile sighting stations, as well as the error signal extraction system, were transferred to a modern element base. These improvements made it possible to increase the reliability of the equipment, extend its service life, reduce operating costs and improve the working conditions of operators.

The 9A33-2B combat vehicle has great potential for further modernizations, including the use of advanced anti-aircraft guided missiles, which will strengthen air defense capabilities in the coming years.

Earlier www1.ru reported that a new series of 8483.10 Etalon engines was produced at the TMZ enterprise.
