The Russian military-industrial complex (MIC) has significantly accelerated the production of modern Su-57 and Su-75 aircraft. The combat fighters have become a symbol of the latest stage in the development of the domestic aircraft industry.
The United Aircraft Corporation (UAC, part of the Rostec Group) has confirmed plans to increase production capacity. The company's main task is to ensure effective counteraction to a potential enemy in the airspace.
According to On-News, the Ministry of Defense will receive 76 Su-57 aircraft by 2030. The mass production of fighters is intended to gain dominance in the sky over the most modern American counterparts — F-22 and F-35.
At the same time, active work is underway on a new aircraft project — the light and economical Su-75 Checkmate. The development will strengthen Russia's position in the global market for military technologies, and will also become a powerful tool to support domestic manufacturers.
Also, mass production has begun of the S-70 stealth drone "Okhotnik" with the Al-41F engine for the Su-57. It is assumed that the drone will act as a scout.
