The exercises involved sailors of the Pacific Fleet, employees of Roscosmos and the FMBA of Russia

Employees of the Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya) took part in a tactical and special exercise to search for and evacuate the descent module of the spacecraft "Odyssey" in the event of an emergency landing in the Sea of Japan. The maneuvers were carried out in Vladivostok. The area where, according to the legend, the "Odyssey" landed was examined by an An-26 aircraft. After the object was discovered, the pilot transmitted its coordinates to the Fotiy Krylov tugboat.

Divers arrived at the vehicle on a high-speed boat BL-680. Then they installed the vehicle on an inflatable stabilizing platform and towed it to the ship.

Sergei Boyko, an employee of the Khabarovsk APS Center of Rosaviatsiya, who played the role of a cosmonaut, was examined by doctors. During the exercises, interaction with the rescue forces of the Pacific Fleet, Roscosmos and the FMBA of Russia was worked out.
