Минцифры включит региональные сервисы в «белый список» сайтов

Access to them will be maintained even with mobile communication restrictions

The Governor of the Tyumen Region, Alexander Moor, announced that regional online services will be included in the list of "white sites," access to which will be maintained even in the event of mobile communication restrictions.

According to the head of the region, the list will include resources that ensure the operation of emergency services, public transport, and access to official regional websites.

"All of this is currently being technically implemented, tested, and over time, even in conditions of total restriction, these sites will work," said Alexander Moor.

Similar initiatives are being implemented in other regions. In the Nizhny Novgorod region, local authorities sent an application to the Ministry of Digital Development to include the regional portal of State Services, the "Citycard" fare payment system, and the educational platform in the "white list." These services were selected based on appeals from residents of the region.

Earlier, on September 9, Kommersant published a federal list of "white sites." It included the largest Russian Internet platforms and services, including Yandex, VKontakte, Ozon, Wildberries, Gosuslugi, Avito, T-Bank, Sberbank, VTB, Alfa-Bank, Promsvyazbank, Raiffeisenbank, as well as the X5 Retail Group and Magnit retail chains.
