The Russian military has begun to actively use the new heavy-lift drone "Vogan". As a rule, the machine is used for two purposes - to hit a target with a "one-way" flight and to drop shells.
A fighter with the call sign Krugly stated that the "Vogan" is capable of lifting up to nine kilograms of cargo.
Also, the new heavy-lift drone turned out to be more resistant to weather conditions - due to its increased size and weight. In addition, the machine is capable of covering long distances.
Krugly emphasized that the "Vogan" is a "newest development" that has only recently begun to be used.
The quadcopter-type drone is capable of reaching speeds of about 200 km/h and working in conjunction with a laser system and radar station, which will "highlight" the desired target for it.
