The company «M1M4» may establish the production of MAZ-MAN trucks at the site of the free economic zone (FEZ) «Minsk» by the end of 2025. This became known at a meeting between the company's management and the FEZ administration.
During the negotiations, it was decided to submit a business plan to the administration for assessing the investment proposal.
«M1M4» became a resident of the FEZ «Minsk» in 2019. Now the company is building a production and service enterprise for trucks. They will produce dump truck bodies, timber-carrying equipment for heavy trucks and trailers. «M1M4» will also repair and maintain equipment.
MAZ-MAN is a joint venture between the German company MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG and the Minsk Automobile Plant, which appeared in 1998. The production volume is almost 3 thousand European-class trucks, dump trucks, and all-terrain vehicles.
