New FPV-Air Defense Drone Developed for the Russian Army by Drone Force Specialists

The drone, named "Force," acts as an air defense system and can carry two shots to intercept UAVs

The Russian military has received a new 10-inch drone called "Force." According to the Smolensk-based company Drone Force, this drone serves as an FPV-based air defense (AD) system designed to neutralize aircraft-type drones capable of penetrating deep into the country.

The use of such devices to protect the sky, to prevent the enemy from flying through, is becoming a very relevant direction. Russian units can also use the 10-inch "Force" to shoot down reconnaissance drones and deliver various cargoes. In addition, the drone can be used as a kamikaze.

The device is equipped with a secure digital video channel, ensuring that the image transmitted in HD quality cannot be intercepted. The developers have also pioneered the upward shift of control frequencies. This means that the "Force" drone operates on non-standard frequencies, which provide a tactical advantage.

The drone's range is 50 km with a communication repeater, and the peak payload is up to 5.5 kg. "Force" can carry two shots to intercept UAVs.
