The first rebar steel plant with a capacity of up to 30,000 tons per year has been launched in the Kamchatka Territory.
The capacity will almost completely cover the region's needs for this building material. This strategically important project will eliminate dependence on supplies from the central part of Russia.
Only domestic raw materials are planned to be used for production. The products of the Kamchatka rebar plant will be used in the construction of both housing and large infrastructure facilities.
Importantly, Kamchatka products will be approximately 25% cheaper than imported ones. This creates the prospect of reducing the cost per square meter of housing, as rebar is one of the key and most widely used materials in construction.
The Kamchatka rebar plant is focused on producing a wide range of products that meet the highest quality standards. Modern equipment and advanced technologies allow the production of rebar of various diameters and strength classes, capable of meeting the needs of the most diverse construction projects. Quality control is carried out at every stage of production, from incoming raw material inspection to testing of finished products.
