Important steps to ensure the safety of users are being taken by the national messenger Max, in which more than 70 thousand SIM cards were blocked. They were used by scammers to call citizens. This was announced by Andrey Lipov, head of Roskomnadzor (RKN).
The messenger is now developing very actively, providing users with all new convenient services for safely receiving public services, education, news and communication.
He emphasized that the creation of the national messenger Max was a necessary step in strengthening the country's digital sovereignty. According to the head of the RKN, the messenger is focused on ensuring maximum comfort and safety of users. One of the key advantages of the program is a targeted and effective fight against scammers.
