Russian President Vladimir Putin sees no problem in selling "beautiful license plates" for cars through the unified portal of government services.
Here's the sale of "beautiful" license plates - why not? What's wrong with that? I don't see why decisions haven't been made yet.
The sale of "beautiful" license plates on "Gosuslugi" was proposed by the leader of the "New People" faction, Alexei Nechaev. He noted that the legal framework is already ready, but the decision is being delayed.
Nechaev's proposal is not new. Discussions about the possibility of selling beautiful license plates have been going on for several years. Supporters of this idea point to the experience of other countries, where this practice has been successfully implemented and brings significant income to the treasury. Opponents fear that this will create a breeding ground for corruption and exacerbate social inequality, as only wealthy citizens will be able to afford such license plates.
Earlierwww1 reported that the President of Russia was shown "Bulldog", "Kaio-T4", "Ulan-U2" and other equipmentin service with the Russian armies.
