На станциях нового участка Троицкой линии метро заработали все способы оплаты проезда

Passengers can use classic and modern payment methods, including biometrics

All available travel payment methods have been launched at the new stations of the Troitskaya metro line — Vavilovskaya, Akademicheskaya, Krymskaya, and ZIL. This was announced by Maksim Liksutov, Head of the Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development of the City of Moscow.

The stations have installed 84 turnstiles for entry and exit, as well as 44 vending machines and terminals for ticket sales. Passengers can use classic and modern payment methods, including biometrics, the plastic and virtual Troika card, the Fast Payment System (FPS), a bank card, and a Muscovite card. These options work on all turnstiles without exception.

According to Liksutov, the implementation of such solutions was carried out on the instructions of the Mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin.

From the moment the new stations of the Troitskaya line opened, the best payment instruments are available to Muscovites. In addition, you can immediately pay for travel using biometrics at any turnstile. The security of the service is ensured by a banking level of protection.

This allows you to choose the appropriate payment method depending on the situation.

Moscow transport offers the world's largest number of payment solutions. The first section of the Troitskaya line opened in December 2024. The complete construction of the line is scheduled for 2029, after which its length will be 43.4 km. The daily passenger flow on the line is expected to exceed 300 thousand people.
