Russian mobile operators have begun informing subscribers about services available without an internet connection. T2 and Beeline have already sent relevant notifications to their customers.
T2 subscribers received messages stating that even with mobile internet restrictions, messengers, navigation, search engines, and other popular services will work. "We understand how important it is to have access to significant online resources, so they are available while adhering to security measures," the notification said.
Beeline informed its customers that in conditions of limited internet access, access to "Gosuslugi", Yandex services, the social network "VKontakte", and popular marketplaces is maintained.
On September 10, the press service of the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia announced that the list of platforms available in the second phase of restrictions is still being formed. The first phase included resources used daily by millions of Russians. According to the department, the list will be updated based on the rating of the country's most popular internet services.
