From September 8 to October 1, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia is increasing the discount on preferential leasing of light commercial vehicles (LCV), such as Gazelle and VIS products, from 10% to 20%.
The maximum discount amount has also been increased - it now amounts to 1 million rubles, while previously it was limited to 500,000 rubles.
To participate in the program, it is necessary to conclude a leasing agreement during the specified period, and the car must be manufactured in 2024. These measures are designed to stimulate demand for light commercial vehicles and support manufacturers in the current economic realities.
