Mobile ZU-23 units fire: Russian paratroopers practice combating drones in Vitebsk

The "Interaction-2025" exercises involve 2,000 military personnel

The "Interaction-2025" exercises have started in Vitebsk. During the maneuvers, military personnel of the Russian contingent of the Collective Rapid Reaction Forces (KSOR) of the CSTO practiced countering drones. This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

Mobile anti-aircraft gun ZU-23

The paratroopers used mobile anti-aircraft guns ZU-23, small arms and anti-drone guns. In addition, Russian soldiers blocked the area, stormed, and then cleared the stronghold.

The maneuvers involve about 2,000 military personnel from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan. 450 units of weapons, military and special equipment are involved, including helicopters and airplanes.

ZU-23 is a Soviet installation consisting of two 2A14 automatic cannons, a machine, a sight and a platform on the move.
