At the Drone Expo2025 exhibition in Kazan, the Radioelectronic Technologies concern demonstrated its new heavy fire drone KVV-1. Successful tests with a potential customer have confirmed its high efficiency. Mass production of this model is expected to start in 2026.
KVV-1 weighs 85 kg and is capable of carrying the same payload. The device connects to a fire truck via a hose and supplies a fire extinguishing mixture to a height of up to 150 meters. Operating time is up to 25 minutes from batteries or up to 72 hours when connected to a power source via cable.
To ensure flight safety, the drone is equipped with a collision avoidance system. Its stabilized camera with 30x zoom allows you to observe objects in detail, and optional equipment expands its capabilities for firefighting and rescue operations.
