The Ministry of Digital Development proposed that large companies integrate with the Max messenger

The Ministry of Digital Development of Russia has recommended that the largest companies integrate their services with the national messenger Max. Letters with the proposal were sent on August 25 to Avito, Rostelecom, Russian Railways, Wildberries, Ozon, MTS, Beeline, Megafon, T2, Russian Post, Aeroflot and other organizations. This was reported by the Vedomosti newspaper, citing a representative of the department.

The Ministry stated that after integration with state systems, Max can use the "digital profile of an individual" from the Gosuslugi portal. Users will be able to share personal data, as well as sign legally significant documents through Gosklyuch. According to the Ministry of Digital Development, the transfer of information takes place through secure channels, and consent to data processing can be withdrawn at any time.

Some companies have already confirmed receipt of the letters. Ozon announced the launch of the Ozon Travel online booking module in Max. Aeroflot recalled that the airline already has an official channel in the messenger. Gemotest considers integration a priority for organizing secure exchange of medical documents. Russian Post announced plans to use the service for identification when issuing parcels and working with clients.
