The Krasnokamsk Kama paper mill, part of the Sveza Group, has launched the production of coated paper Ural Bright Label for labels. The release of new products is aimed at partially replacing imported raw materials in the growing market.
The plant has been producing coated paper since 2011; during the modernization, its composition was improved to meet the needs of label and flexible packaging manufacturers. The resulting product — semi-gloss paper with a density of 80 g/m² made of bleached pulp — is suitable for food, cosmetic and industrial labels.
The paper has high strength, resistance to deformation, and improved printing characteristics. It is opaque on dark surfaces and suitable for subsequent processing (e.g. embossing). According to the company, Ural Bright Label is already available for order.
