Установку для гидравлических систем, обеспечивающую очистку рабочей жидкости до 10 микрон разработали в ДГТУ

The device is designed to remove contaminants from hydraulic systems during the initial start-up of equipment

Students from the advanced engineering school of Don State Technical University (DSTU) have created a mobile filtration station for cleaning hydraulic systems of agricultural machinery. The project was commissioned by Rostselmash and successfully defended as a diploma thesis.

The installation is designed to remove contaminants from hydraulic systems during the initial start-up of equipment. According to the developers, up to 80% of failures in such systems are caused by contamination of the working fluid. The station is equipped with three types of filters (suction, pressure, and drain) that provide purification down to 10 microns. The design allows for monitoring the cleanliness of the fluid and simplifies maintenance.

The prototype is planned to be manufactured in 2026. The development can be used not only in agricultural machinery but also in aviation, construction machines, and other fields. Currently, similar imported installations are used in Russia.

The project was implemented by a team of DSTU AES graduates under the guidance of Maria Kilina, Associate Professor of the Department of Hydraulics. Alina Teplyuk, Victoria Shevchenko, Vadim Zhukov, Dmitry Sobolevsky, Andrey Kukavinets, and Khizir Doskhoev participated in the development.
