MiG-29 Fighters Transformed into Carriers of High-Speed Interceptor Drones

The "Archangel" UAV is capable of reaching speeds up to 345 km/h

The Russian MiG-29 fighter has been transformed into a carrier of interceptor drones. A video of the aircraft, which has become a "UAV mother ship," was published on the Telegram channel of the "Archangel" project.

The specified interceptor drone, nicknamed the "guided bullet" of the "Archangel," is capable of reaching speeds up to 345 km/h. The speed of unmanned surface vessels (USVs) does not exceed 140 km/h.

We decided to go all-in. After a long search for the ideal placement of our guided missiles, we decided to place the interceptor on the MIGs. Of course, the aircraft itself moves a little faster than our drone's cruising speed, but it can also deliver the interceptor directly to the target.
